To send and receive touch messages, you’ll need to download the Totwoo app on your smartphone and connect the jewelry to the app via Bluetooth (same as your partner). Additionally, both of your phones should maintain an internet connection.
How to use Totwoo bracelets to send love signal?
To send love signal successfully, touch the bracelet to make it flash a blue light, and touch it again. A short touch sends a “thinking of you” glow, and a longer press releases an enchanting “I love you” signal.
Can we connect to each other while we’re far apart?
Yes. If the Totwoo smart jewelry is correctly set up within the Totwoo app and your device is connected to WiFi or cellular data, you can connect with each other – no matter how far away you are.
Does Totwoo support separate shipping for orders?
Yes, most of our products support separate shipping. You can simply visit the Totwoo store, find the individual product links, and place separate order for each item to have them delivered to different addresses.
How to check Totwoo bracelets connection status?
Tap you bracelet, if blue light stays on, you’re connected! You can tap again to send love signal now! If blue light blinks a few times, it means the connection took a break. No worries! Reconnect your bluetooth and keep spreading the love.
