New jewelry boutique celebrates grand opening in Clarendon tomorrow

A jewelry boutique selling upcycled earrings and art has opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Clarendon.
The new store, Eliana Curated, will celebrate a grand opening tomorrow (Saturday) at 3110 10th Street N. Founder Angelika O’Reilly, who previously sold her wares mostly at D.C.-area markets, specializes in “fine jewelry, fashion art and curated experiences.”
Vintage buttons become new earrings
- The boutique sells handcrafted Icon Line Design earrings, made from vintage buttons. O’Reilly began selling them at pop-up events in 2021.
- The store also carries a wider selection of “everyday, elevated” jewelry, art prints, charms and a rotating collection of designer goods.
- “Our claim to fame was our Icon Line Design collection, and so we upcycle vintage designer buttons into earrings,” O’Reilly told ARLnow. “But we knew with the store that we wanted to expand the collection.”
The grand opening starts at 10 a.m.
- It will include a $100 store credit giveaway and a free sterling silver or 14-karat gold bracelet with any purchase.
- Guests will also get a first look at O’Reilly’s new moissanite and waterproof jewelry collections.
- The store’s regular hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday. It’s also open Mondays and Tuesday by appointment only.
Old Town Alexandria is next
- Eliana Curated plans to open a second location next month on King Street.
- Icon Line Design, meanwhile, is scheduled to make several pop-up appearances this spring, including at the Alexandria Art Show and Craft Spring Fair on Saturday, April 26.
